This page describes the data flows implemented by the contact and update-request forms on esheria.org. It does not describe the separate services available through esheria.ai or chat.esheria.ai.
The contact form submits your first name, last name, email address, optional subject, and message. The update-request form submits your email address. Both forms also send an anti-abuse challenge token. Please do not submit sensitive case details or confidential documents through these general website forms.
The website validates form fields, limits repeated requests, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. The server sends the client IP address to Turnstile during verification. Accepted submissions are delivered to configured Esheria recipients through Amazon Simple Email Service when email delivery is enabled.
For delivery and abuse diagnostics, the application creates a request identifier and records a one-way hash of the client IP address with the form route and processing result. The website source does not define retention periods for recipient mailboxes, platform logs, or provider records; those operational settings must be confirmed by the relevant service owners.
You choose whether to use these forms. To ask a privacy question or request action concerning a submission, email info@esheria.org and provide enough information to identify the request without sending additional sensitive material.
